Join a dedicated group that sets out for a weekly, hour long walk. Now that the weather is finally warmer, the club will meet at the Blauvelt Free Library at 10am to resume its walk on the Rail Trail.

This class will include breath work, guided meditation, and mindfulness practices as well as gentle arm and leg movements while seated, opening up the joints and activating the muscles.

The practice of Tai Chi Chuan offers a way to enhance confidence, relaxation and wellness of body, mind, spirit. This introductory series presents the basics of Cheng Man-Ching’s 37 posture short form.

This class will include pranayama (breath work), guided meditation, and/or mindfulness practice as well as gentle arm and leg movements while seated, opening up the joints and activating the muscles.

Mah Jongg, Canasta, Bridge-- you name it. We can accommodate up up to six tables of four, on a first come, first served basis.
