Dr. Paul Trinkoff of Orangetown Chiropractic Center, provides interactive workouts to improve strength, cardiovascular health, mobility and balance all from the comfort of a sturdy chair. Bring weights to the "virtual" class.

Join a dedicated group that sets out for a weekly, hour long walk. During the cold winter months, the group will meet at the Target interior Palisades Mall entrance at 10am.

This class will include breath work, guided meditation, and mindfulness practices as well as gentle arm and leg movements while seated, opening up the joints and activating the muscles.

The historic Kearney House in the Palisades Interstate Park in New Jersey is the last of its kind, the sole survivor of dozens of similar homesteads that once hugged the shore beneath the Palisades.

Join us on Wednesday, January 29th, from 11:00 am - 12:00 pm for Chair Yoga with Rochelle Spooner.

This class will include meditation, breathing exercises, and overall attention to, and focus on, the body and mind.

Mah Jongg, Canasta, Bridge-- you name it. We can accommodate up up to six tables of four, on a first come, first served basis. 

Using buttons on canvas, we'll create a beaufiul vase with flowers. All materials supplied.

These sessions are first come first serve. Bring a friend, meet a friend, and please bring your own materials.

Nina is a ballerina whose passion for the dance rules every facet of her life. When the company's artistic director decides to replace his prima ballerina for their opening production of "Swan Lake," Nina is his first choice.

Your story is yours--it's probably the only thing that is all yours--and you have the right to use it in any way you wish, to bend it into fiction, to transmute it into poetry, or serve it up as memoir.

Join us in the historic room for quiet reading with some cookies and warm drinks. Soft, soothing music and electric candles will help you to relax!

Share knitting and crocheting projects, learn some stitches and techniques, and generally have fun chatting with others. Bring your needles, crochet hooks and some yarn.  

Learn the technique of needled felting and create an adorable felted owl to take home. All materials supplied.

Join us for a fun game night at the library!  Roll your dice, match them to cards, and score points!  Recommended for ages 8 and up.

The Orangeburg Library Board of Trustees meets the 3rd Monday of the month, September through June at 6:30pm. All are invited to attend.
