Join us on Monday morning for Chair Yoga & Meditation with Debbie Broadman who will teach you various yoga poses along with a meditative journey to restore, refresh and rejuvenate your body and mind. These classes are hybrid.

Dr. Paul Trinkoff of Orangetown Chiropractic Center, provides interactive workouts to improve strength, cardiovascular health, mobility and balance all from the comfort of a sturdy chair.  Bring weights to the "virtual" class.

Teacher Linda Gottlieb will instruct attendees in the play and basic strategy of Mahjongg.

Anu Amaran takes a creative approach to deepening the practice of writing using writing exercises and games, suggested readings, and collaborative revision strategies.  She engages you to use your voice and natural self-expression.  

This class will include breath work, guided meditation, and mindfulness practices as well as gentle arm and leg movements while seated, opening up the joints and activating the muscles.

The class is a continuation of the Italian for Beginners classes. If you are familiar with the language and would like to expand upon what you already know, then this class is for you.

Explore new spices, new cuisines, and new cultures by joining the Spice of the Month Club. Your kit will contain a sample of the spice, a brief history, and some recipes to try.

These sessions are first come first serve. Bring a friend, meet a friend, and please bring your own materials.

Stuck in a dead-end desk job, former special forces operative Mason Pettis reluctantly takes on a freelance gig to provide private security for a washed-up journalist as she interviews a ruthless dictator.

This class is for those who are interested in learning how to play Mah Jongg. Maximum 10 students and a minimum is 4 is required

Enjoy practicing your Mah Jongg skills with this friendly, casual group.  Please bring your own game set and cards.  Walk ins welcome!

Through some of the darkest days of the Great Depression, a pair of Civilian Conservation Corps camps on the New Jersey Palisades served as “home” to hundreds of young men who performed conservation work in the Interstate Park.

Alison Costello moderates a lively monthly discussion of books from various genres. It's a casual meeting -- attendees may bring refreshments, "show and tell" items relating to the month's book selection, or just themselves!
