Join special guests Bill Batson and Barbara Williams on Thursday, January 30th, at 6:00 pm for a screening of What Happened to Jackson Avenue: A Story of Urban Renewal.

Join a dedicated group that sets out for a weekly, hour long walk. During the cold winter months, the group will meet at the Target interior Palisades Mall entrance at 10am.

This class will include meditation, breathing exercises, and overall attention to, and focus on, the body and mind.

Join us in the historic room for quiet reading with some cookies and warm drinks. Soft, soothing music and electric candles will help you to relax!

For Rockland County residents, 60 and over. Rockland County Office for the Aging offers a brief presentation of their programs and services, followed by an introduction to chair yoga and meditation led by a qualified instructor.
