A sensory-friendly program that engages the whole child through music, movement, and multi-sensory activities in a gentle environment.  Designed specially for children with sensitivities to input from sounds, lights and tactile stimulus, but

You bring your imagination, we'll supply the LEGOs!  Creations will be displayed in the Children's Room.  Sign up per session.  

Children up to 2 years old with an adult.
Drop-in Mondays from 11:00-11:30am
Stories, songs, and finger play.

This class will include breath work, guided meditation, and mindfulness practices as well as gentle arm and leg movements while seated, opening up the joints and activating the muscles.
